The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently signed a notice of data availability (NODA) that will soon be published in the Federal Register for a brief 30-day comment period. The NODA includes three categories of information, including data to supplement the regulatory impact analysis, data on surface impoundment structural integrity assessments and information on “large scale fills.” US EPA is inviting comments on additional information obtained by EPA in conjunction with the June 21, 2010 proposed CCR rule.
