Pace Acquires Aerobiology Laboratory Associates
Pace Analytical Services, LLC (Pace) headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, continues its acquisition spree with its recent addition of Aerobiology Laboratory Associates, Inc. (Aerobiology). This acquisition will bring eight new laboratory locations and two new service center locations to the Pace network. Aerobiology is a leader in microbial and industrial hygiene testing, and the acquisition brings several new services to the Pace network.
Pace Sells Forensic Lab Services Business to Microbial Insights
Microbial Insights of Knoxville, Tennessee, an innovative biotechnology laboratory announced on May 18, 2020, that it purchased Pace Analytical Energy Services (PAES) Compound Specific Isotope Analysis (CSIA) and Petroleum Forensics. The purchase of PAES (Pittsburgh, PA) provides Microbial Insights an expanded capability as a provider of environmental molecular diagnostics and molecular biological tools (MBTs). Dora Taggart, Microbial Insights’ President said, “With additional CSIA capacity and the acquisition of Petroleum Forensics, Microbial Insights will provide our clients around the world with these crucial lines of evidence.”
