Environmental Standards personnel are certified by the American Indoor Air Quality Council (AmIAQC) and perform inspections and investigations for chemical, mold, and bacterial contamination.
There are few regulations governing IAQ, but the US EPA, NIOSH, New York City Department of Health, and the US Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have taken steps to issue guidance for preventing, identifying, and correcting IAQ problems. Our trained professionals understand existing guidelines and consistently follow published recommendations to develop a scientifically sound approach to address each client’s unique situation.
